Yellow army are very proud of youThere was no rest for 9-year-old Dylan over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Our young supporter from Crewe has set himself the challenge of running 50 laps of his garden every day for 30 days to raise money for our Hospice – that’s 1,500 laps!
Dylan’s mum Claire said: “Dylan is in Cubs and has been busy working through his challenge badges. He completed a challenge of camping indoors every night for the whole month of April. For one of his other badges he wrote a letter to a resident in a local care home. I think both of these things inspired him to want to complete another challenge and one day after running around the garden he came up with the idea of 50 laps for 30 days!
“St Luke's is close to our hearts, and Dylan is a people person and wanted to raise money to help people. I am very proud of him for coming up with this plan all by himself and his determination to complete it.”
