Hi, my name is Mike Maskery and I am 37 years old. My current job is working for the Royal Mail as a Postman. I got married to Jade in 2017 and we have a son. I also have 2 stepsons from a previous relationship. In the past I have played for Crewe Alex U15’s which was a great experience and one I will remember as it taught me a lot about team sportmanship and been able to express myself on a football pitch. I am looking forward to the forthcoming season with the Under 7’s Ninjas and been able to pass on my experience in football to the next generation of footballers. my teaching experience also comes from teaching Martial Arts where I progressed as a Teacher. Crewe Town FC has been very helpful in allowing me the opportunity and chance to build my side and to test them against others and i am looking forward to this challenge. The Yellow Army is the place I want to be.
Hi, my name is Ian Johnson and I am the U7’s Ninjas Asst Manager working alongside Mike and Tom. I am 33, married to Becky with two children Caitlyn and Leo and work for Network Rail as an Overhead Linesman. Football is what I eat, sleep and breath about every day, this beautiful game gripped me when I was younger and I am so grateful for it, because it has given me so many memories. I have played from an early age representing my school Monks Coppenhall and then onto Monks Coppenhall High School where I played in goal for 4 out 5 years I was there. During my adult life i have played and managed my own 7 a side teams at the Alexandra Soccer centre for many years. I support Arsenal and have done since I can remember. I have been welcomed with opened arms into Crewe Town FC and the support I have received has been second to none. All the Managers, Coaches and The Committee have been very supportive and helpful, it truly is an honour to be a part of something that I feel is only going to grow because the Chairman and Vice Chairman both breath Crewe Town FC. As for the Ninjas, I am looking forward to many years of Coaching them and passing on my life experience to them and seeing them grow as individuals and as a team.
Hi, my name is Tom Husher and I am the Coach of the U7’s Ninjas. I am 28, married to the beautiful Steph and we have two children. I currently work as a Franchise Manager for B2C Ltd/Vodadfone in Crewe. I am a fanatic football fan, always have been and always will be, I love the game. It gripped me when I was a youngster and has never left me. I was lucky enough to play for Leyton Orient Academy when I was just 16 years old and that was an experience that never leaves you. Been born and raised in London led me to supporting the Hammers aka West Ham United. The Ninjas show a lot of talent and you can tell in training they are desperate to learn and get better as footballers and as a Coach that is the part of the job I am going to enjoy the most and working alongside Mike and Ian and with their experience as well am sure the Ninjas will benefit massively.
